I build governed AI and cloud platforms for compliance-heavy enterprises.

I architected Humana's first production agentic AI platform: regulatory intake on Google Cloud, built with Gemini Pro and LangGraph. It scores 22,000+ regulatory updates and is projected to save $1.5M+ annually.

Summary

At Humana I lead AI architecture across Corporate Services technology, spanning Law, Risk & Compliance, HR, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Enterprise Tools, and lead AI governance across 100+ GenAI use cases: the LLM policy, data-classification standards, and model-risk reviews that teams ship under. Each year, 50+ enterprise solution designs clear architecture, security, and AI review boards.

Underneath runs a security and compliance spine: CISSP, FedRAMP, HIPAA, NIST 800-53, and Zero Trust. On the cost side, my FinOps work recovered $1.7M in annual Azure spend and identified $10M+ in software savings. Earlier, I co-founded RPI Consultants' Strategic Services practice and scaled it from $0 to $7.5M in first-year revenue, building a six-person team that generated 30% of the firm's business with 5% of its headcount. I'm a U.S. citizen, eligible to obtain a security clearance, and based in Miami, working remote-first and open to under 25% travel.
